The Vibe

We’re looking for a Structural BIM Modeler who actually knows their way around Revit Structure and doesn't just put "Navisworks" on their resume for aesthetics. If you can turn complex structural designs into clean, clash-free BIM models and navigate ISO 19650 without breaking a sweat, this role is yours.

What You’ll Actually Do

- Model the heavy stuff: Build high-detail RCC and structural steel models in Revit Structure.
- Catch the glitches early: Run clash detection and multi-disciplinary coordination using Navisworks before site teams lose their minds.
- Maintain quality control: Conduct model audits, ensure QA/QC standards, and stick strictly to LOD targets.
- Scan-to-BIM wizardry: Convert point cloud data into accurate as-built models when needed.
- Lead by example:



Help junior modelers level up their skills and keep team standards high.
- Collab with everyone: Work closely with Arch, MEP, and engineering teams to make sure everything aligns smoothly.

Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves)

- Tech Stack: Advanced Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of structural detailing for RCC and structural steel structures.
- BIM Fluent: Comfortable with LOD frameworks and ISO 19650 workflows.
- Global Exposure: Working on international projects (UK, USA, or Gulf) is a major flex.
- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Soft Skills: Sharp communication and solid team-coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
