Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Research Trainer to join our organization on a full-time, offline basis. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom training to students and fresh graduates and helping them develop strong theoretical and practical knowledge of clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured offline classroom training sessions.
- Deliver the Clinical Research curriculum effectively using practical examples and case studies.
- Explain clinical trial processes, Valuable Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and interactive learning activities.
- Address students’ academic and subject-related queries.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training materials updated in accordance with current industry practices.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams regarding training requirements and student progress.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Clinical Research, clinical trials, or training.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research concepts and GCP.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Comfortable working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, in an offline classroom environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
