Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives for the Kotak Outbound Sales Process in Thane West.

The role involves outbound calling and sales of banking/financial products. Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales workplace.

Eligibility

- Freshers: ₹15,000 in-hand
- Experienced Candidates: Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory
- Candidates with less than 6 months of experience will be considered as Freshers
- Basic/Average English communication required
- Immediate joiners only
- Candidates currently pursuing studies are not eligible
- Candidates should not plan to take long leaves for the next 6 months

Salary

- Fresher: ₹15,000 in-hand
- Experienced: ₹20,800 in-hand (No CTC)
- With PF:



₹18,000 in-hand | ₹22,000 CTC

Work Details

- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed)
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
- Location: Balkum, Dhokali Naka, Thane West
- Facility: Free Pick & Drop from Thane Station
