3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mainly in Excel and Word).

4. Comfortable to do cold calling.

5. Min 2 years of experience in outbound cold calling.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calling and convince customers.

2. Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
