About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads Expert with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns, primarily for lead generation.

Around 70% of this role will involve practical Google Ads execution, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

Key Requirements:

*Google Ads – Must Have

* Hands-on experience with Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube Ads.

* Strong keyword research, search intent & negative keyword management

* Campaign and ad-group structuring

* Ad copy creation and testing

* Bid & budget optimization

* Search Terms & Impression Share analysis

* Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA & ROAS

* Campaign scaling and performance troubleshooting

* Lead quality and conversion optimization

Tracking & Analytics:

* Practical knowledge of **GA4 & Google Tag Manager**

* Google Ads conversion tracking

* Website/form lead tracking

* UTM tracking

* Excel / Google Sheets

* Campaign performance reporting

What You'll Do:

* Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns

* Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly

* Identify and fix performance issues

* Reduce irrelevant traffic and improve lead quality

* Optimize keywords, bids, budgets and targeting





* Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights

* Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency

* Coordinate with creative, website and sales teams

Preferred:

* Google Ads Certification

* B2B & high-ticket lead generation experience

* Multiple client account experience

* Basic Meta Ads knowledge

* CRM integration & lead tracking experience

* Looker Studio knowledge

Practical Expertise Expected:

You should be able to independently handle situations such as:

* High CPL / CPA

* Low-quality leads

* High clicks but low conversions

* Sudden performance drops

* Low Impression Share

* Tracking/conversion discrepancies

* Performance drops after budget increases
