Personal Cook (In-Home) - Day shift (Not stay at Home)

Need a cook to prepare morning breakfast, Lunch (Break) and later come to prepare Dinner
Preferred: Candidate from Nearby Khar / Bandra area

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable home Chef / cook to prepare fresh, healthy, and customized meals in a private home environment. The chef will be responsible for meal planning, grocery management, kitchen organization, and maintaining high hygiene standards while catering to the family’s dietary preferences and lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan weekly/monthly menus based on client preferences and dietary requirements
- Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and special requests
- Purchase groceries and maintain kitchen inventory
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Accommodate dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, keto, gluten-free, diabetic, etc.)
- Prepare meals for guests or small private gatherings when required
- Store, label, and manage leftovers appropriately
- Coordinate with household staff when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the client’s home





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Personal Chef, Private Chef, or Professional Cook
- Knowledge of multiple cuisines and healthy cooking techniques
- Ability to customize meals to dietary preferences
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Professional attitude, discretion, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

- Culinary school certification or hospitality training
- Experience working in private households
- Knowledge of nutrition and wellness-focused meal planning

Work Schedule

- Full-time / Part-time / Live-in / Live-out (customizable)
- Flexible schedule based on household requirements

Compensation

- Salary: Based on experience and responsibilities
- Additional benefits may include accommodation, travel allowance, or bonuses
