Job Title: Trainee – Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day transport and logistics operations under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist with shipment booking, delivery documentation, vehicle tracking, and updating operational records.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and other operational teams.
- Perform material handling, loading, and unloading of goods as required.
- Assist in checking and maintaining shipment, POD, material, and vehicle-related records.
- Update operational data accurately in the logistics management system.
- Assist with basic warehouse and inventory activities.
- Handle assigned work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Take ownership of assigned operational activities and ensure timely completion.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.




- Learn transportation processes and develop practical problem-solving and operational skills.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Working Timings

- Shifts: Rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
- Food and accommodation provided by the company, subject to company policy and availability.

Requirements

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to take responsibility for assigned work and complete tasks on time.
- Basic communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a transport and logistics environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
