About the Role

Cevious Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales / Channel Sales professional who has strong experience in Software, Cloud and Hardware sales and channel distribution.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the IT products and solutions market and should be capable of developing and managing dealers, distributors, channel partners and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, distributors and resellers.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's market reach.
- Drive sales of Software, Cloud Solutions and Hardware products/services.
- Generate new business opportunities through channel and direct sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and solution discussions with customers and partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software, cloud or hardware solutions.
- Coordinate with internal technical, support and operations teams for smooth delivery and implementation.
- Track channel sales, pipeline, orders, collections and outstanding payments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and channel performance reports.




- Travel for client/channel partner meetings whenever required.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in B2B IT Sales / Channel Sales.
- Hands-on experience in Software Sales.
- Experience in Cloud Sales / Cloud Solutions.
- Experience in Hardware Sales / IT Infrastructure Products.
- Strong knowledge of Dealer & Distributor Management.
- Good channel partner network will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust relationship-building and business development skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
