Job Description – BPO Team Leader

Position: Team Leader – BPO

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of BPO executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions to improve agent performance.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Track team MIS and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Motivate the team and maintain a positive, performance-driven work environment.
- Coordinate with Operations and Management to achieve business goals.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a BPO Team Leader.




- Experience in Banking / Collections / Telecalling will be preferred.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to handle targets, pressure, and team escalations.
- Candidates with DRA certification will be preferred.
