Junior AccountantJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting activities, financial record keeping, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, good numerical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
- Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the senior accountant in general accounting activities.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Verify and organize bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.




- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting; freshers may also apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
