**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Senior Steward** to join our Food & Beverage Service team at The Renai Cochin.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and guide stewards during daily operations.

* Ensure proper table setup, service, and clearing.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.

* Assist in providing efficient and courteous service to guests.

* Coordinate with the F&B; Service team and other departments.

* Monitor service equipment, cutlery, crockery, and other operational requirements.

* Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.

* Ensure compliance with hotel standards and food safety procedures.

Requirements:





* Previous experience as a Steward/Senior Steward in a hotel or restaurant.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.

* Ability to supervise and work effectively as part of a team.

* Knowledge of basic food & beverage service standards.
