Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks across South Rajasthan.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Area Managers, Sales Officers, and field staff.
- Ensure primary and secondary sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Drive market penetration and increase product visibility among farmers.
- Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, crop seminars, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding dues.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key influencers.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, tour plans, and market reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and management teams for smooth business operations.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
