Job Description

We are looking for a Product Development Executive with experience in food product development and R&D; to join our FMCG team.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Develop and formulate current food products and recipes.

Conduct product trials, prototype testing, and product improvement.

Support scale-up from pilot production to commercial manufacturing.

Understand ingredient functionality and interactions.

Evaluate shelf life, nutritional values, product quality, and stability.

Coordinate with production and quality teams during product development.

Maintain product development records, formulations, and trial reports.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Food R&D;, Product Development, Quality Control, or Food Manufacturing.

Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards such as HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
