Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer & Team Lead

Location: Nallur, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer & Team Lead to lead our design team and deliver high-quality, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design along with leadership skills to guide and mentor the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Ensure user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive designs
- Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality output
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Maintain design consistency and follow design systems
- Improve design processes and ensure quality standards




- Conduct usability testing and implement feedback

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience leading a design team
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
