Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot field instruments and control systems
- Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment
- Ensure smooth operation of PLC, sensors, transmitters & control panels
- Calibration of pressure, temperature, flow & level instruments
- Monitor plant automation systems and minimize downtime
- Support commissioning and modification of instrumentation systems
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety of all instruments
- Maintain calibration records, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with electrical & mechanical teams for plant operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements

Key Skills & Requirements

- Hands-on knowledge of industrial instrumentation & automation




- Experience with PLC systems, control panels & field devices
- Strong understanding of calibration techniques and loop checking
- Ability to read P&ID;, wiring diagrams & control schematics
- Exposure to plant maintenance in manufacturing industries
- Valuable troubleshooting, communication & coordination skills

Qualifications

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
