Responsible for driving diagnostic business (Lab tests, Health Packages, B2B Tie-ups) and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales target for the area.
- Generate business from Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics and Corporates.
- Promote health packages and specialized tests.
2. Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives / Phlebotomists / PSMs.
- Daily field work planning, tracking and engaging the team.
- Provide training on new tests and packages.
3. Doctor & Client Relationship
- Build strong relationships with Doctors, RMPs and Hospital Purchase Departments.
- Regular doctor visits and sample collection center visits.
- Handle doctor queries and complaints.
4. Operations & Collection
- Ensure smooth sample collection and on-time report delivery.
- Manage collection centers and franchisees in the area.
- Ensure timely payment collection from B2B clients.
5. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare Daily Sales Report (DSR), MIS and competitor analysis.
- Report to Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Zonal Head.
- Track daily login, revenue and center-wise performance.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Diagnostics / Pharma / Healthcare sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must have a bike and be willing to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
