Hiring: Customer Acquisition Specialist
Location: Mumbai
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: Fresher – 5 Years
Role:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Explain financial/credit products
- Understand customer needs & close sales
- Maintain customer records & call reports
- Handle customer queries/grievances
- Coordinate with field sales when required
Preferred:
- Tele-calling experience
- Fintech / Lending / Banking / NBFC experience preferred
- Positive communication & teamwork skills
