Position: Health Insurance Sales Executive – Telecalling
Salary: ₹23,000/month
Target: 10–12 Health Insurance Policies/month

3-Day Trial

- Trial Target: Minimum 1 successful policy sale
- Final selection depends on trial performance, sales ability & customer handling.

Responsibilities

- Call company-provided leads/data.
- Explain health insurance plans and benefits.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Assist with documentation and maintain daily reports.

Requirements

- Positive communication & convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp & online application knowledge.
- Telecalling/insurance sales experience preferred.

Work Details

Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Sunday Off
Company-provided leads/data | Target & Performance Based

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
