Luxury Aesthetics is looking for a highly driven and experienced Clinic Manager to take ownership of the clinic's daily operations, team performance, sales, client experience, marketing execution, and overall business growth.

We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, disciplined, highly organised and hands-on — someone who doesn't simply supervise the clinic but actively identifies problems, builds strategies, manages the team and drives measurable results.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with targets, analysing performance data, managing people and ensuring that every department is accountable for its results.

ey Responsibilities

1. Clinic Operations & Management

- Take complete ownership of day-to-day clinic operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, callers, reception and management.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, service and client experience.
- Ensure appointments, consultations, treatments and follow-ups are properly coordinated.
- Identify operational gaps and implement systems to improve efficiency.

2. Sales & Revenue Performance

- Take ownership of monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Track leads, consultations, conversions, treatment bookings, repeat clients and revenue.
- Develop strategies to increase average client spend and treatment package sales.
- Build and implement high-ticket treatment/package strategies.
- Monitor the complete lead-to-sale funnel and identify where potential clients are being lost.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales/calling team.
- Ensure proper follow-up and nurturing of every qualified lead.

3. Team Management & Discipline

- Manage and monitor the performance of all clinic staff.
- Set clear KPIs and daily/weekly/monthly targets for each department.
- Ensure punctuality, attendance, grooming, professionalism and workplace discipline.
- Conduct daily/weekly team briefings.
- Address underperformance quickly and implement corrective action.




- Create accountability systems so that responsibilities are clearly assigned and tracked.
- Maintain a professional, respectful and high-performance work culture.

4. Marketing & Growth Strategy

- Work closely with the marketing/social media team and external agencies.
- Develop marketing strategies based on actual clinic performance and revenue goals.
- Identify which treatments, offers and client segments have the highest potential.
- Analyse marketing leads and determine lead quality, cost per lead and conversion.
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions, events and seasonal offers.
- Ensure marketing campaigns translate into actual consultations and revenue.
- Continuously test new strategies to improve client acquisition and retention.

5. CRM & Lead Management

- Ensure every enquiry is properly recorded and followed up through the CRM.
- Monitor caller performance and lead response times.
- Establish structured follow-up and nurturing processes.
- Track lead sources and conversion rates.
- Identify high-value prospects and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain accurate client and sales data.

6. Client Experience & Retention

- Maintain a premium, luxury-level client experience throughout the customer journey.
- Handle escalations and difficult client situations professionally.
- Develop strategies for repeat bookings, memberships, packages and referrals.
- Build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Gather and analyse client feedback to improve services.

7. Performance Reporting
Prepare and present regular performance reports covering:

- Daily revenue
- Monthly revenue
- Number of leads
- Lead response time
- Consultations booked
- Consultation show-up rate
- Conversion rate
- Average transaction value




- Treatment/package sales
- Repeat clients
- Marketing spend
- Cost per lead
- Revenue generated per campaign
