Responsibilities

- Assist with insurance-related documentation and processing
- Maintain and update digital records accurately
- Handle email communication and follow-up tasks
- Support internal coordination and reporting activities
- Perform basic administrative and operational work
- Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities

Skills Required

- Good verbal and written English communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and email handling
- Good organisational and time-management skills




- Attention to detail and professional approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in operations, administration, customer support, or coordination roles preferred
- Candidates from Ludhiana or nearby areas may be given preference
- Ability to work responsibly in a remote setup

Work Schedule

Morning shift timing with work hours concluding in the early afternoon.
