JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Head to lead the Sales and Admissions team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, team-management, and target-achievement skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the Sales and Academic Counselling team.
- Set and achieve monthly revenue and admission targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue.
- Monitor CRM, lead follow-ups, conversions, and admission closures.
- Handle escalated customer and sales-related issues.
- Analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
- Build a strong,



accountable, and high-performing sales culture.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / EdTech.
- Proven experience in managing large sales teams.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and admission targets.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent Malayalam and English communication.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented and highly performance-driven.
