Job Description

SGEYE Innovation is urgently hiring experienced Travel Sales Consultants for our US Travel Sales Process.

We are looking for sales professionals who have prior experience in the travel industry, excellent English communication skills, and strong knowledge of Airlines and US Transportation.

This is a sales-focused position, and candidates should be comfortable handling US customers, converting inquiries into bookings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell and book Flights, Trains, Hotels, Cruises and Car Rentals for US customers
- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales calls
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options
- Provide accurate fares, schedules, availability and booking information
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant travel services
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of Travel Sales experience
- Fluent English speaking and written communication is mandatory
- Valuable knowledge of Airlines, Airfares and US Transportation




- Previous experience handling US customers / US Travel Process preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of Amadeus or other GDS systems is an advantage
- Must be comfortable working a US Night Shift
- Must be target-oriented and capable of independently closing sales

Freshers and candidates without Travel Sales experience should not apply.

- Quiet work environment suitable for customer calls
- Power and internet backup preferred
