Solution Architect – Python, GCP & Microservices

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with 8–15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Microservices, API Integration, Cloud Platforms, GCP, Kubernetes, and modern enterprise architecture. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring active participation in coding, development, solution design, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end enterprise solution architectures.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

- Define application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure architecture.

- Design Microservices, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and API Gateway solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Review solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.

- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

- Drive scalability, performance, availability, and disaster recovery.

- Support cloud migration, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation initiatives.

- Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

- Contribute hands-on to coding and development activities when required.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.

Required Skills





- 8+ years of strong hands-on Python development experience.

- 8–15 years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance, Membership, and Payment domains.

- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and contemporary architectural patterns.

- Expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and API Gateways.

- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on GCP experience.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Good to Have

- AI/ML platforms, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, or Analytics experience.

- Experience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.

- TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certification.

Compliance Requirements

- PAN Card and Aadhaar Card will be required for the BGV process.

- UAN number is required for selected candidates.
