**Work Mode:** On-site – 5 Days WFO for initial few weeks

### Role Overview

We are looking for a **Data Modeler / Technical Lead** with strong experience in **AI Native Architecture and GenAI**. The candidate should have expertise across data, application, infrastructure, and technology layers and be capable of providing technical leadership for complex initiatives.

**AI experience is mandatory.**

### Must-Have Skills

* 10+ years of experience across multiple technology areas, with at least 3+ years directly relevant to the role

* Strong experience in **Data Modeling and Data Architecture**

* Experience designing **AI Native Architecture**, including:

* RAG-based embeddings





* Agentic frameworks

* Data Lakes

* SQL

* Python

* Hands-on experience with **GenAI**

* Awareness of **model fine-tuning** to standardize responses

* Experience with:

* Memory management

* AI integrations

* Cloud-native AI services on AWS or Azure

* Strong understanding of architecture principles across multiple technology layers

* Ability to solve complex technical challenges requiring immediate resolution

* Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

* Technical leadership experience across systems/processes and dependent technologies

**Mandatory:** Robust **AI/GenAI experience**, Data Architecture/Data Modeling, RAG, Agentic Frameworks, Data Lake, SQL, Python, and AWS/Azure cloud-native AI services.

**Leadership:** TL + Client Facing.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
