Job Summary

Taradevi's Group is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Sourcing/Closing to lead the final stage of the sales process for Taradevi's Enclave, New Shimla.

This is a high-ticket residential real estate sales role focused on converting qualified leads and site visits into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end closing of qualified prospects
- Conduct site visits and consultative sales meetings
- Negotiate pricing, inventory and payment plans
- Handle customer objections and drive deal conversion
- Manage relationships with HNI, NRI and second-home buyers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly booking/revenue targets
- Maintain and manage the CRM sales pipeline
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking formalities

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales




- Proven track record in premium/high-ticket residential sales
- Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
- Experience handling HNI/NRI or second-home buyers
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good understanding of RERA, home loans and real-estate documentation
- Experience with Himachal Pradesh property / Section 118 will be an advantage
