We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and responsible person to manage our orders from the moment they come in until they reach the customer.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor incoming orders across website, WhatsApp and other platforms
- Process orders accurately and generate bills using BillBook
- Coordinate with the bakery/production team for order readiness
- Assign orders to riders and coordinate timely pickups
- Track deliveries and ensure orders reach customers on time
- Coordinate with riders and customers regarding delivery updates or delays
- Handle urgent orders and last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate order and dispatch records
- Ensure smooth day-to-day dispatch operations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in order processing, logistics, dispatch
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
