Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate our ongoing infrastructure, PEB, and Factory Shed projects from our Head Office in Siliguri. The candidate will be the bridge between Site Teams, Management, Clients, and Vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects as per timeline, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Monitoring: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of daily progress. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordination & Communication: Act as a central point of contact between Site Engineers, Project Manager, Clients, Architects, Vendors, and HO team. Conduct regular follow-ups.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation - DPR, WPR, MPR, BOQ, Drawings, MOM, and Billing reports. Prepare presentations for client and management meetings.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement team for timely availability of materials, manpower,



and machinery at site.
- Site Support: Support site execution teams by resolving queries, arranging drawings and approvals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Client Handling: Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and ensure client satisfaction. Attend client meetings as and when required.
- Budget & Billing Support: Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor and Accounts team for billing, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Project Management preferred.
- 3-4 Years of mandatory experience in Project Coordination / Project Management, preferably in Construction / PEB / Infrastructure industry.
- Solid knowledge of MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects from HO.
- Good knowledge of project lifecycle, site execution process, and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites (Bhutan, Jammu, Guwahati, Dantak) as and when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
