Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site In-Charge to manage and supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and site execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day electrical works at the project site.
- Ensure electrical work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including electrical panels, cabling, wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Review electrical drawings and layouts and ensure proper execution at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor manpower deployment, material requirements, and daily work progress.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material records, manpower records, inspection reports, and other site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, statutory requirements, IS/IEC standards, and quality control procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to electricians, technicians, and junior engineers.




- Coordinate with clients and consultants for site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline at the project site.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical site supervision/execution.
- Experience in construction, power generation, industrial, infrastructure, or similar projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, layouts, load calculations, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Good knowledge of relevant IS and IEC standards.
- Hands-on experience with electrical tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
- Strong leadership, team-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing project requirements.
- Willingness to work at project/client sites and travel as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
