OPERATIONS MANAGER – BANKING CHANNEL & MEDIATOR ACTIVATION

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹3.5 Lakhs Per Annum

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹60,000 Per Annum

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Manager with experience in banking/financial services to manage and develop our mediator/channel partner network.

The candidate will be responsible for explaining our financial products to mediators, activating inactive mediators, building strong relationships, and generating quality leads through the network.

This is a relationship management and business development-oriented role, not purely a back-office operations role.

Key Responsibilities

- Explain company products and services clearly to mediators/channel partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing mediators.

- Identify inactive mediators and convert them into active business partners.

- Regularly follow up with mediators to generate quality leads and business opportunities.

- Understand mediator requirements and provide appropriate product guidance.

- Develop new mediator relationships and expand the channel network.

- Track mediator activity, leads, and conversions.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of leads and cases.





- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide updates to management.

- Achieve monthly mediator activation and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, DSA, Lending, or Loan Consultancy.

- Good understanding of banking and financial products.

- Strong relationship management, communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

- Confident in communicating with mediators/channel partners.

- Fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil – Mandatory.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Comfortable with regular calls and field/relationship management activities.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

- Must have a personal bike and be willing to travel when required.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, Loan Consultancy, Financial Services, or Channel/Partner Management will be preferred.

Compensation

Annual Salary: ₹3.5 Lakhs Per Annum

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹60,000 Per Annum

Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹4.1 Lakhs Per Annum
