We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kalaripayattu (Kalari) Instructor to teach students the traditional martial art of Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Kalaripayattu techniques, good communication skills, and the ability to train students safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and structured Kalaripayattu training sessions for students.
- Teach fundamental and advanced Kalari techniques based on the student's age and skill level.
- Train students in body conditioning, flexibility, balance, coordination, and physical fitness.
- Demonstrate and teach traditional Kalari movements, exercises, and techniques.
- Guide students through proper warm-up, stretching, and conditioning routines.
- Teach discipline, focus, confidence, and respect as part of the training.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure proper technique and maintain a safe training environment.
- Adapt training methods according to individual student abilities and learning needs.
- Motivate students and encourage consistent practice and improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience and training in Kalaripayattu / Kalari.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Kalaripayattu techniques and practices.
- Previous experience teaching children, teenagers, or adults is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate techniques clearly and safely.
- Physically fit and capable of conducting practical training sessions.
- Patient, disciplined, and passionate about preserving and teaching the traditional art of Kalaripayattu.
- Relevant certification or recognition from a reputed Kalari institution is an advantage.

- Experience teaching beginners and advanced learners.
- Knowledge of traditional Kalari exercises and conditioning methods.
- Ability to create structured training plans.
- Strong focus on student safety and proper technique.
- Experience conducting individual or group classes.

Pay: ₹9,248.10 - ₹42,825.28 per month
