Lead shop-floor moulding operations to deliver shift targets with robust control of quality, safety and process discipline.

The role

Supervise shop-floor production so each shift delivers its plan while following quality, safety and operating procedures.

What you will do

- Supervise day-to-day production against the approved plan.
- Deliver shift-wise production targets.
- Maintain adherence to SOPs, work instructions and process parameters.
- Allocate work and use available manpower effectively.
- Monitor product quality and reduce rejection and rework.
- Maintain production records, shift reports and output data.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S discipline on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, PPC and stores.
- Enforce safety rules and safe working practices.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns promptly.

What you will be trusted to do

- Assign work and control production activity during the shift.
- Allocate operators, machines and materials against the plan.
- Start and report corrective action when production deviates from plan.
