About the Role
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern who is eager to develop their design skills and build a career in the creative and digital industry.
During this 3-month internship, the selected candidate will gain practical, industry-level experience by working on real projects and collaborating with our experienced design and marketing team.
The internship is designed to provide candidates with hands-on experience in graphic design, social media creatives, branding, digital content, and marketing materials.
Internship Structure
Month 1 – Training & Evaluation
- The first month will be an unpaid training and evaluation period.
- Candidates will be introduced to the company's design standards, workflow, and creative requirements.
- Interns will receive guidance from experienced team members.
- Performance, creativity, learning ability, discipline, and commitment will be evaluated during this period.
Month 2 & 3 – Paid Internship
- From the second month onwards, a stipend of ₹6,000 per month will be provided.
- Interns will receive hands-on experience working with experienced Graphic Designers and Marketing Executives.
- Candidates will work on real projects and develop practical design skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns.
- Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Support the design team in developing branding and promotional materials.
- Assist with photo editing, image manipulation, and basic retouching.
- Adapt designs according to different platforms, formats, and requirements.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to create campaign creatives.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs.
- Make revisions based on feedback from senior designers and team members.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, and visual communication trends.
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers or candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia / Design course.
- Candidates with a basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Creative thinkers with a strong interest in visual design.
- Candidates with knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to accept feedback and work as part of a team.
- Candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in graphic design are preferred.
