About the Role

VastuRaviraj Group is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing organization. This role is designed for candidates who want to build a career in management, marketing, business development, and organizational operations.

The selected candidate will get exposure to different business functions and will work closely with senior management to understand business processes, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the management team in marketing and business development activities.
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, MIS and business analysis.
- Support customer/client communication and relationship management.




- Track assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
- Identify new business and marketing opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with management and contribute ideas for business improvement.
- Learn and understand various organizational functions with the objective of taking higher responsibilities in the future.
