We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts team, ensuring accurate financial records, monitoring cash flow, handling statutory compliance, and preparing financial reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Review and approve accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, and payment transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Review bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage vendor and customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.




- Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team.
- Support management in financial planning and business decision-making.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably with managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy.
- Positive communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in audit coordination and statutory compliance.
- Experience managing a team of accountants.
- Strong knowledge of ERP-based accounting and financial reporting.
