We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to handle the complete operations of Kunnil Hypermarket. The candidate should have strong experience in supermarket or hypermarket retail management and be capable of leading the store independently.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle complete end-to-end store operations efficiently
- Manage daily store activities, staff performance, and overall store operations
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, inventory control, and merchandising standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth functioning of all store departments
- Supervise billing operations, cash handling, and operational procedures
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and supplier teams for proper stock management
- Achieve sales targets and improve overall operational efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management review

Requirements:

- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in supermarket, hypermarket,



or retail store operations
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership position is preferred
- Solid leadership, team management, and staff handling skills
- Good knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
- Ability to independently manage complete store activities and daily operations
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain operational efficiency
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with retail/POS systems
- Capability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational responsibilities efficiently

Salary

- Salary is negotiable for highly experienced and deserving candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
