- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspection and record customer complaints accurately.
- Prepare and explain Job Cards and estimated repair costs.
- Coordinate with Technicians, Workshop Supervisor, and Parts Department for timely repair.
- Monitor the progress of vehicles in the workshop and provide regular updates to customers.
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, and additional work to customers.
- Ensure proper approval from customers before carrying out additional repairs.
- Conduct vehicle delivery inspection before handing over the vehicle.
- Explain completed work, parts replaced, service charges, and future maintenance requirements.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation related to service history, warranty, insurance, and job cards.
- Promote value-added services, AMC, extended warranty, accessories,
and other Mahindra service products.
- Achieve assigned targets related to labour sales, parts sales, customer satisfaction, and service retention.
- Follow Mahindra standard operating procedures and dealership processes.
- Coordinate with CRM/CRE teams for customer follow-up and feedback.
- Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and service quality.
Pay: ₹10,525.54 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Udaipur, Rajasthan (Udaipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
