Adsperio is hiring an experienced Senior Facebook (Meta) Ads Specialist to join our remote performance marketing team.

We are looking for a results-driven specialist with strong hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate can independently take ownership of advertising accounts, make data-driven decisions, and consistently improve campaign profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and scale Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.

Take ownership of large monthly advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively.

Develop and execute strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversions, and profitability.

Build and test audiences, creatives, campaign structures, placements, and bidding strategies.

Identify winning campaigns and scale budgets while maintaining performance targets.

Analyze campaign performance and make independent optimization decisions.

Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Events Manager, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Provide clear performance reports and recommendations for continued growth.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling Facebook/Meta Ads.

Solid experience managing large monthly advertising budgets.





Candidates who have personally managed $10,000+ USD per month in Meta Ads spend will be highly preferred.

Proven track record of achieving measurable results and scaling campaigns profitably.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, retargeting, attribution, creative testing, and optimization.

Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns is preferred.

Strong analytical and performance marketing skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns in a remote environment.
