SALES & MARKETING TRAINEE

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Trainee to support our sales, marketing, student outreach, lead generation, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads through calls, social media, field visits, referrals, and other channels.

- Follow up with prospective students/customers and convert enquiries into admissions/sales.

- Promote courses, training programs, internships, and other services.

- Conduct college visits, student interactions, seminars, orientation programs, and promotional activities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, students, parents, and other stakeholders.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.

- Maintain lead databases and update enquiry/follow-up status.

- Achieve assigned sales, lead-generation, and conversion targets.

- Prepare daily and weekly sales/marketing reports.

- Coordinate with the counselling, admissions, and academic teams.

Required Skills & Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good presentation, convincing, and negotiation skills.





- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Target-oriented approach.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and social media.

- Willingness to travel for college visits, client meetings, field marketing, events, and business development activities.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- B.Com / BBA / BA / BCA / MBA or any relevant qualification.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with sales, marketing, business development, or internship experience will have an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,023.12 - ₹29,335.92 per month
