The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations for our plant nursery., ensuring smooth functioning of plant sales, nursery operations, procurement, customer coordination, deliveries and project execution.
The role requires solid coordination between customers, landscape designers, sales team, nursery/plant team, suppliers, delivery teams and site execution teams.
2–5 years of experience in operations
Qualification-Degree/Diploma in Civil
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Management:
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.
- Manage inventory of plants, gardening tools, fertilizers, and other nursery products.
- Coordinate with suppliers for plant orders and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained for customers.
- Oversee staff scheduling and manage a team of sales associates.
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting with plant selection and gardening advice.
- Sales and Marketing Support:
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns for the nursery store.
- Track sales trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the store meets sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
