Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Bhubaneswar

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and sports infrastructure activities at the project site.
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of labour, masons, carpenters, fabricators, and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all site work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, and site activities.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption, and availability at the site.
- Coordinate civil, flooring, sports surface, fabrication, and other construction
- Control material wastage and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per the project schedule.

Required Skills





- Practical knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and measurements.
- Positive labour and subcontractor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely solutions.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Civil) or any relevant technical qualification preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in construction, sports infrastructure, sports flooring, civil works, fabrication, or related project execution will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
