Organic Basket is a fast-growing organic food brand offering pure & chemical-free products like Pulses, Rice, Oats, Rose Sharbat, Cold-Pressed Oils, Millets, Spices and more. We aim to bring healthy living to every household.

*Role Summary:*

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive offline sales, onboard retailers/distributors, and build strong market presence for our organic products.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Sales & Business Development:*

- Achieve monthly sales targets for all Organic Basket products.

- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, Kirana stores, and organic stores regularly.

- Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.

2. *Retailer & Distributor Handling:*

- Onboard new retailers, distributors & super-stockists in assigned territory.

- Maintain strong relationship with existing partners.

3. *Product Promotion:*

- Explain product advantages (organic, chemical-free, health benefits) to customers and retailers.

- Execute sampling, in-store branding, and promotional activities.





- Ensure proper product visibility and placement at stores.

4. *Market Research:*

- Track competitor pricing, offers & new product launches.

- Collect customer feedback and report to management.

5. *Reporting:*

- Maintain daily sales reports, stock reports, and payment collections.

- Update sales data in Excel / WhatsApp Group.

*Requirements:*

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in FMCG / Food / Organic products sales (Freshers with good communication can also apply)

- Must have a two-wheeler with valid license

- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Hindi & English

- Self-motivated and target-oriented

- Knowledge of local market is a plus
