Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
- Major focus on fresher hiring
- Actively source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
- Identify and reach out to relevant talent for open roles
- Manage initial screening and candidate coordination
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and pipelines
- Conduct HR orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.

2. Administrative & Office Management





- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage vendor coordination (housekeeping, travel, office supplies, etc.)
- Handle asset management, including tracking and maintenance of office equipment
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems

3. Travel & Logistics

- Handle end-to-end travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs)
- Plan itineraries and ensure seamless coordination
- Maintain travel records and expense documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR.
- 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or an HR executive role, preferably in a startup or SaaS setting.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
