**Responsibilities** + Manage and maintain the organization's MIS infrastructure. + Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the systems. + Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and other departments. + Collaborate with different departments to determine their data needs and system requirements. + Work on data analysis projects to support business decisions. + Proven experience in managing MIS & Power BI + Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. + Experience using MS Excel that includes updating and creating spreadsheets, formulas, tables, formatting, advanced charting, graphics, SQL and VB scripts and pivot tables. + Data visualization by using Power BI software + Must be available to work between 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM Monday - Friday **Key skills required** + SQL + Microsoft Excel & Power BI + Data Analysis + Report Generation + Database Management
