We are looking for skilled and hardworking Carpenters to join Wakefit. The candidate will be responsible for furniture assembly, carpentry work, product finishing, quality checking, and handling furniture products safely according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assemble and install furniture products as per specifications.
2. Perform carpentry work using hand and power tools.
3. Read and understand basic measurements, drawings, and furniture specifications.
4. Cut, drill, shape, join, and finish wooden/MDF/plywood components.
5. Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of furniture.
6. Inspect products for defects and rectify quality issues.
7. Handle furniture carefully to prevent scratches or damage.
8. Maintain tools, equipment, and work area properly.
9. Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
10. Complete assigned work within the required time and productivity targets.
11. Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth operations.

Eligibility

1. Education: 8th / 10th pass or above preferred.
2. Previous carpentry/furniture assembly experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry tools.
4. Good measurement and fitting skills.
5. Physically fit and comfortable handling furniture.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
