Role & responsibilities
- Planning & execution of downstream processing of plasma products.
- Running various chromatography steps and UF/DF for protein purification.
- Executing pilot scale batches to generate product for stability studies.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation like R & D BMR, TTD and other reports.
- Record keeping of raw data related to R & D experiments inclusive of lab and pilot scale.
- Responsible for implementation of recent strategies for improving existing product.
- Calibration of equipment related to downstream processing.
Desired Candidate Profile - Candidate should have experience in biopharma/ biotech industry
Skills: Process Development, Bioprocess Engineering, Cell Culture, Analytical Chemistry
Experience: 10.00-18.00 Years
