We are looking for a sharp, experienced, and client-focused Visa Officer who can take full ownership of cases and deliver outstanding service at every stage of the visa journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end visa and immigration processes for a diverse client base
- Walk clients through every step — document verification, application forms, appointment booking & follow-ups
- Submit applications accurately and within deadlines, in full compliance with government requirements
- Prepare visa fee quotations and respond to client queries with clarity and confidence
- Keep pace with evolving visa regulations, embassy circulars & immigration law updates
- Own your caseload, ensure every client is updated and never left in the dark
- Build genuine,



lasting relationships with clients and bring a positive energy to the team

Experience and skills:

- Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, Business Admin or related field
- 1–3 years in visa application processing
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Excellent written & verbal English communication
- Strong attention to detail & a customer-first mindset
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
