Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage the complete order process from product development to final shipment. The candidate will coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, quality, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers and understand product requirements.
- Handle product development, sampling, costing, and order execution.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A; plans, and production follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, factories, and production teams.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and other materials.
- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure products meet required standards.
- Track samples, approvals, revisions, and buyer comments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and order records.




- Identify production issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure orders are completed according to buyer specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers and suppliers.

Requirements

- Graduate degree; relevant qualification in Fashion, Textile, or Merchandising is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in garments/textiles.
- Strong knowledge of garment production and export processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines.
