Position : Senior Business Analyst

Experience required : 10-15 Years

Location : Pune (WFO)

Role Description :

The Senior Business Analyst will act as the single-point functional and delivery owner for project Implementation, responsible for business analysis, functional solution validation, and day-to-day delivery coordination across business stakeholders, ERP teams, and technical implementation teams, while actively steering discussions with the Germany-based customer team.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on enterprise digital or ERPrelated transformation projects
- Robust hands-on experience with PIM implementations and product data management concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to fully own operational project management and project steering
- Excellent understanding of ERPcentric business processes
- Fluent German (C1/B2) – spoken and written
- Fluent English – spoken and written
- Strong ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms
- Background in data migration, data governance, and data

Mandatory Skills :

1. Strong experience in Product Information Management (PIM) implementations :

- Product data modelling (attributes, hierarchies, variants, relationships)
- Data governance, enrichment workflows, and quality rules
- Multi-channel data distribution (ERP, eCommerce, marketplaces, print)

1. Hands-on understanding of eCommerce and ERP-integrated landscapes:

- Master data synchronization between ERP, PIM,



and downstream systems
- Change impact analysis on business processes and data flows

1. Ability to:

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Define use cases, user stories, and process maps
- Conduct gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes
- Proven experience fully owning operational project management.

1. Fluent German (C1/B2 level) – spoken and written

- Required for: Workshops with German speaking business stakeholders
- Process discussions and decision facilitation

Job Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Functional Ownership

- Lead requirement discovery workshops with German business stakeholders
- Define and maintain business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Own as-is / to-be process mapping across ERP, PIM, and downstream channels
- Validate functional designs and solution proposals against business expectations

PIM & Data Governance

- Own PIM data model design (attributes, hierarchies, variants)
- Define data governance rules, workflows, and quality KPIs
- Delivery & Project Steering
- Own day-to-day delivery coordination across BA, development, and integration teams
- Prepare and present status reports, risks, and decisions in steering meetings
- Act as escalation point for scope, priority, and dependency conflicts

Stakeholder & Communication Management

- Act as trusted intermediary between business and technical teams
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and decision workshops in German
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery realities.
