Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with one or more technology stacks such as Java, .NET, C++, or similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into explicit functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, clarification, and impact analysis.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with developers, architects, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
- Understand existing applications, technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Analyze technical feasibility and identify dependencies, risks, and potential solutions.
- Participate in solution discussions and provide business/functional inputs to technical teams.
- Review technical solutions and ensure they align with business requirements.
- Support developers and QA teams by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in UAT, defect triage, production support, and change management.




- Perform gap analysis and recommend process/application improvements.
- Communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders and participate in meetings during US business hours.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development methodologies.
- Strong technical understanding of at least one programming/technology stack such as:
- Java
- .NET / C#
- C++
- Other enterprise technology stacks
- Understanding of APIs, web services, system integrations, databases, and data flows.
- Ability to understand technical documentation, application architecture, and system dependencies.
- Experience working with SQL/database concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical implementation details.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in technical/business requirements analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle requirements from discovery through delivery.
- Experience working with US clients/stakeholders and comfortable working in US shifts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
