We are looking for a Sr Service Now Platform for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience into ServiceNow Administrator, Development, Configuration, UI Action, Integration, REST/SOAP API, MID Server, Import Set.

Exp: 5 + years

Location: Pune

Shifts : US (06:30PM - 3:30AM)

Job Description: -

- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, or engineering solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, including:
- Tables
- Dictionary attributes
- Reference relationships
- CMDB/CI relationships
- Data lifecycle concepts
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- UI Actions
- Import Sets
- Transform Maps
- REST/SOAP Integrations




- Experience troubleshooting issues across workflows, scripts, integrations, ACLs, and data conditions.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform performance concepts, including query efficiency, indexing, and scalable scripting practices.
- Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop maintainable technical solutions.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and balance technical, operational, and business priorities.
